The Employee Polygraph Protection Act Overview

On one hand, it is a little aggravating, because he is not an expert. His information is old, and he is obviously not capable of engaging a thoughtful and intelligent dialogue about his concerns.

My impression is that Doug is making only very minimal efforts to inform himself of any new knowledge or progress in the continuing development of the polygraph.

So, on the other hand, his information may not help anyone and his tactics can be identified.

Also, he will promote himself as an expert with the new publications.

In court last year, it was not very difficult, with a bit of detailed questioning, to make him look like a an uninformed self-promoting anti-poly zealot.

He is an easier opponent than Zellicof.
